Zealsight (“we”, “us”) operates zealsight.com. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. We collect the minimum we need to run the site and respond to you — nothing more.
Information you give us
- Contact form: your name, company, email address, and message. We use these solely to respond to your enquiry and schedule your assessment. Submissions are stored in our secured database (Google Cloud Firestore) and forwarded to our inbox via our email provider (Brevo).
- Newsletter: your email address, used only to send you our articles and updates. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email or by contacting us.
Information collected automatically
- Analytics: we use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate site usage (pages visited, approximate location, device type). This data is not used to identify you personally.
- Hosting logs: our hosting provider (Google Firebase) records standard technical logs such as IP address and request time for security and reliability.
What we don’t do
- We do not sell or rent your personal information.
- We do not share your details with third parties for their marketing.
- We do not use your enquiry data to train AI models.
Retention
We keep contact enquiries for as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up engagement, and newsletter emails until you unsubscribe. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing [email protected]. We comply with applicable Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA).
